Nora Fatehi barred from entering Bangladesh

The Leading Renowned Indian actress and dancer Nora Fatehi could not be allowed to enter Bangladesh.

Nora was scheduled to come to Dhaka, Bangladesh, to present awards and perform at a women’s leadership corporation event.

The Bangladesh government has refused to allow them to save dollars as part of austerity measures.

According to a notice issued by the Ministry of Culture, Nora Fatehi has been denied permission to come to Dhaka in view of the global situation and maintaining foreign exchange reserves.

Bangladesh’s culture ministry also cited central bank restrictions on dollar payments and dwindling foreign exchange reserves in the notice.
