PCB Releases List Of PSL 8 Foreign Players In Silver Category

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released the list of foreign players for the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) draft.

Some of the notable players in the silver category include England’s Ravi Bopara, Sri Lanka’s Akila Dananjaya, Afghanistan’s Azmatullah Omarzai, and Bangladesh’s Afif Hossain and Al-Amin Hossain.

The PSL season 8 player draught will take place on December 15 in Karachi.

PCB stated that the announcement was made after talking with all teams.

Usman Wahla, the tournament’s director, stated that PSL 8 will be bigger with the addition of several notable names.

“The presence of certain big cricketers promises a bigger and better PSL season this time around,” he remarked.

The PCB has already disclosed the draught order, with the defending champions Lahore Qalandars taking the first choice.

The second and third choices will go to the Quetta Gladiators and the Multan Sultans. Karachi Kings and Islamabad United will make the fourth and fifth picks, respectively. Meanwhile, Peshawar Zalmi will be the sixth selection.

PSL 8 will take place in Karachi, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Lahore from February 9 to March 19. The Lahore Qalandars will defend their championship.
